Happy almost anniversary!!!

My sister, her BF, DH, and I are planning to go to my brother's in Oregon. It will be the first time in 10 years or so that we've spent a holiday together!!! We're just waiting to see if DH and my sister get time off for it. But that will be this coming weekend. For Thanksgiving Day, we'll be at DH's parents with tons of family and friends. I'm looking forward to it, but I'll be doing most of the cooking, I think. Plus, I'm going to have to make special dishes in addition to what I'm already making just for my sister--she doesn't want to go without certain things from OUR traditions!

DH and I going to Montgomery, Alabama to visit my 6 siblings, and their children, and their grandchildren. On Thanksgiving, myself and my 3 sisters will prepare a dinner for an excess of 75 people. We will gather in a large gymnasium with music and a sitdown buffet.

Last year we had great fun. This is the first year that my hubby will be with us at Thanksgiving. I am looking forward to the day.

Well, we'll be packing kids up and driving to my brother in law's house not to pleased about that. they cuss in front of my dd's all the time even after i ask them to tone it down. and they have a big screen tv that they watch horror films on when all the kids are around.

I just get crazy going there. It takes my weeks to undo the damage done to dd's. sry venting lmao

So the food is at least good.
