I just took my first round of clomid this month, so we are really anxious to ttc. My opk came up positive of Sunday & we BD on Sunday & Monday & plan to tonight also. I have ewcm today & my uterus is high indicating ovulation is near. My dilemma is that I'm sick with bronchitis. I came down with it Sat. night & got worse since then. I went to my GP doc. & he gave me Keflex & an expectorant with cough suppressant. I know the expectorant is the same thing as robitussin which is good for ewcm which may have helped with that.

But what about the dextromorpene (sp?) which is the cough suppresent or the Keflex? Could they cause birth defects? Was it a mistake to BD while on them? I just had to take the medicine I have been so sick. Really too sick to BD but I didn't want to waste the Clomid or the time - I'm 42! What do you think?
