Who has plans for the weekend??? Early prep for American Thanksgiving? Enjoying the last bit of non-snowy and icy weather? (Too late for that here...we're covered.)

My sister, husband, and I are driving 13 hours starting tonight when they get home to Portland to see my brother, his wife, my niece, and my 6 mo. old nephew we've not met yet! Today is all about the packing, shopping last-minute errands, and finding gifts to bring them! Even though we're not going to be there for actual Thanksgiving Day, it will be the holiday for us, being the first time in 10 years that the 3 of us have spent a holiday together!

I'm absolutely thrilled! I've never been to Portland, either...

No big plans here - may be go see a movie or something. I may test Sunday, but then again I may wait until Monday (I know I am driving you insane LOL). I may also do some shopping - DH's birthday is in a week (on Thanksgiving day), so I need to prepare for that.
