I take a women's one a day daily. I am not sure if they will switch me to prenatals once I am preggo, they seemed very happy with these. I also take extra folic acid.

I try to remember to take them everyday but ti's hard! I've been so forgetful lately.
I take the Target brand ($4 for 200 tablets) and easy to swallow, not too big. I have a hard time swallowing pills. For the past 2 weeks the smell of them has made me so sick though. (it's not even a bad norm vitamin smell it's like this cherry coating smell but I can't stand it)
