Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Lynne. DH and I have been ttc our 2nd since the end of dec. '07. We have a daughter who is 4.5. I am seeing my dr. on thursday for fertility. Hopefully we will start diagnostic testing right away. Since I am 37 so she told me to come in after 6 cycles of ttc. I've been over at the TTC since January. Hope you don't mind if I join you here as well!

I'm 37 DH is 36 DD is just over 4.5. We started ttc #2 with my Dec. '07 cycle. It hasn't been quite six months but it has been six cycles. I had two wacky, short cycles mixed in there. We conceived Corinne right away so I think age might be a factor here and my hormones seem out of whack. I've had some medical issues since DD was born which required radiation ,and as a result I had a hip replacement and now only have one ovary. Hopefully I'll get some answers soon. I recognize some of you from the TTC board. I hope we all get over this hurdle and get our bfp's soon!

Thanks Anna . I noticed you kind of disappeared over there. I know it can be hard. I meant to ask you...did it take you very long to conceive your other children?

DD and DS were both surprises when TTA. It could be that multiple failures eventually lead to pregnancy or that it was one failure that lead to each. Since we weren't trying I'll never know for sure. I think it was multiple failures though. DH is their step-dad and we've all been sick/stressed for some time now so we're not quite sure what the delay is yet. I'm hoping that with some good health and relaxation we'll get our BFP!
