I would like to introduce myself and become a part of this board. SO and I have been TTC for six months now. We had a loss back in February and because of the methotrexate shot we were not able to TTC again until May. I thought I got a very faint positive on a FRER on Saturday, but a BFN this morning and now AF is here. I have an appointment tomorrow with my doctor to explore possible fertility issues and ways we can increase our chances. We have decided that if we do not get pregnant by October, we will discontinue our efforts. We both already have a child (girls) from previous marriages. We would like to try for a boy to even out the hormone levels in our home. But, we will be happy if our family size remains the same. SO will be 40 next month and I will be 35 in August. I feel like my biological clock is ticking very loudly in my ear at the moment. As for our efforts, I use OPKs to try to predict ovulation but I do not temp.

I lurk a lot more than I post, but I will try to work on that. And, I love all the success stories from these boards.

Hopefully we will all get our BFP very soon. Good luck to everyone and I'm glad to be a part of this board.
