My update.....there's not much, but I haven't been on in ages....well it seems like ages. As most of you know we're on vacation visiting our families in TX and FL. The drive was LONG and slightly uncomfortable, I wanted to recline the seat and sleep but I couldn't our car was packed full!! We're currently in FL with my fam and will be going to the beach this weekend!

We finally told both families the big news! They all seemed excited/happy, so that's good!

We will probably be moving back to CA but to Santa Monica instead, DH got a job offer at a studio there, so that's exciting. Hoping and praying he gets the hourly rate he is requesting due to the cost of living in the Santa Monica area and expecting a baby, he explained this to them too and I think they understand, so we'll see, please continue to send us good vibes about this!!! We are probably going to trade in our Mazda 3 for an SUV too~! DH's excited to go car shopping!! Hopefully we'll find something!!

Pregnancy updates....I'm feeling great! So excited and happy!! I'm so very anxious to find out if this lil oe is a boy or a girl so we can start preparing a nursery! No morning sickness at all~!! (My mom said she didn't have m/s and no stretch marks too, but she did say I got kidney stones when I was 6 months pregnant with you I hope you don't get that!! Me2 cause she was hopsitalized and everything, so send good vibes regarding kidney stones that they stay far far away ) I'm starting to feel tired earlier than before and my appetite has picked up. I am 9 weeks today~ I have an u/s on Tuesday and I can't wait! I'll def. post pics of our lil one!!

That is awesome that you are feeling so well. I hope it continues. I'm glad you are enjoying yourself. G/L on the money thing with the job offer. I hope he gets what he requested. I'm so happy your familes are both excited. I can't wait until Tuesday and the u/s. You take care.

I'm glad you're feeling so well. You know they say you have fewer symptoms if it's a boy. That was certainly my experience! Enjoy the rest of your vacation.

That's great news! Did you video tape their reactions like you thought you might?

I'd heard the same thing about fewer symptoms= boy, but if your Mom had the same with you, it may be hereditary or something

Nope I didn't videotape their reactions, DH thought that'd give it away. My FIL was the only one who noticed my shirt "eating for two" and asked is that for real? And my mom was like "I knew it" I asked how? and she said "you looked pregnant" lol

Thanks ladies! I hope he gets it too! (I never heard of the no symptoms = boy) Maybe it is hereditary I'm feeling that this lil one is a girl. We'll find out hopefully in 7 weeks!!!! One of my bad symptoms I didn't mention is MAJOR acne all over my face/back.

Oh yeah, I just have to say that my SIL had 2 boys and was hit hard by every pregnancy symptom you could think of and then some! So I'm not sure how true that easy pregnancy=boy thing is! Either way, I'm sure your little one will be too cute for words!

I'm so glad that it looks like your hubby will get a job again soon. I hope he gets the money he needs. IT's even better that y'alls parents were excited for you too!

If it makes you feel better - I have back acne thanks to the extra testosterone in my body. It just metabolizes it in a way that my acne is HORRIBLE. Hey, maybe that means you have quite the little manly man in there! (jk) Enjoy your visit and I hope you have a good trip home when you get there hun.

I had acne when I was preggo w/ Abby, but I'd say it could go either way. Can't wait to see baby's 1st pics next week!
