Where I'm at right now..... Well, it doesn't appear the HSG did me much good. This is my third cycle after the fact. That really brought me down for a while because I really had high hopes. I was really hoping to get PG so that we didn't have to go through IUI or IVF. I really didn't think we could afford IVF. Luckily for me, I chose the right place to work, because I have AMAZING benefits. I won't go into detail, but I will say that IVF is no longer a problem if we need to go that route.
Steve had his SA 9 days ago. I tried calling on Monday, but they hadn't gotten the results back yet. They told me to call at the end of the week, so I also called this AM. Now we are simply waiting for a call back with the results. I know what it's going to say.... because Steve has gone through chemo and radiation. He also had a SA like 10 years ago.... and they told him that he would have difficulty producing children, that it wouldn't be impossible, but the chances weren't good. So we'll see.
I also made an appt with the RE here. He is the best in NY. I am lucky that he is only 30 min away. I was actually told that it can take up to a year to get into his office, so without delay I called myself to make an appt rather than waiting for my Dr's office to do it. Turns out the wait isn't a year, because my appt is at the end of Aug. Once I send the paperwork back, they will put me on a cancellation list too. So all in all I am feeling better. I have simply decided that I am not going to temp, buy Preseed, or restrict any of my activities. I figure I am over-stressing and over-anaylizing everything and it's not healthy. At least though, I can say that I have done EVERYTHING in my power to make this happen. Now I will just relax and wait for my RE appt and hope that he can help us!
That's me in a nutshell right now! I just want you all to know that I haven't forgotten any of you! I have been lurking here and there, but I find that I get baby crazy when I come in here LOL and I want to relax as much as possible! I hope you are all doing well!

Good to hear that you got your RE appt. What was the website? (it wasn't in your thread). I'm in NY too, but on LI.
