It's hard making it on one income, but it's so worth it to me and dh. I wouldn't trust anyone to watch my kids. I hope it will be your job soon, Jamie!

What do you do? nursing student
Do you like your Job? Yes. Well, that is not entirely true. I love staying at home with Noah, but the college is what I am not fond of. I would stay at home with him and future children forever if I could. DH is not big on the idea of me staying home so I am getting my BSN. We have decided that after I graduate, I can work part time and still make a pretty good living.

Where do you work? I'm a SAHM and will hopefully return to college full time this fall. Classes will be on-line though so I'll still be home all the time!
What do you do? Cook, clean, cuddle, etc.

I'm a SAHW.. I love it... sometimes it gets boring but I figure once we have kids I won't have time to be bored anymore.. lol

What do you do? nothing so drastic that I can't be on JM during the day
Do you like your Job? eh, it has its moments. I've been here 6 years (next month). I'm bored, but comfortable. I'd love to be a SAHM, but DH is work, work, work. He wants me to get a 2nd job!  He has 3 & that's normal to him. yuck!

Where do you work? A large Healthcare company. I'm very familiar with the MSK sites
What do you do? Operations Coordinator, which basically means I organize a ton of stuff.
Do you like your Job? No!  I used to love it, but I've been doing it too long and am ready for a change. I'm trying to make it to Nov and then can decide what to do after that. I work like crazy and it was worth it while they put me through school, but the pay isn't worth sticking around for, especially for the hours I put in and not liking the job.

Where do you work? At a promotional products company
What do you do? A little of everything. I manage ecommerce programs for companies like Habitat for Humanity, Yosemite National Institutes, Bushnell, etc. I also design the web pages and do art/marketing. Oh...I do general IT for the internal staff as well
Do you like your Job? Most of the time but sometimes I'm overworked and need to pull my hair out.

Where do you work? Whever they send me!
What do you do? substitute English teacher to Spanish civil servants
Do you like your Job? I only work 18:15 to 20:00, Monday to Thursday, so its OK, and the pay is fantastic for Spain and only 4 days a week. I earn what a secretary would earn for 40 hours a week!. I hope to keep it up after we have kids as its easy work and well paid.

What do you do? I take care of a 7month old and a 17month old all day, 8:30am til 6:30pm
Do you like your job? I love it because once we have kids, it gives me the chance to bring my baby with me and still earn an income.

Where do you work? a hospital
What do you do? I run patient's bloodwork in the lab
Do you like your Job? It's okay most of the time. The downsides are a long commute, not enough pay for the amount of work I do and dealing with co-worker drama. But I like my schedule, I can work extra whenever I want and I've got some friends at work to make the time go by faster while I'm there.
