Sorry ladies that I stepped down.....but there are/were many reasons for this decision.

Firstly I got a few rude messages being called a hypocrite. Which I'd like to say is not true. I only stayed cohost as I asked whether you wanted me to stay or leave and the majority wanted/hoped for me to stay, so that's what I did. And I was only posting updates because the majority of you all asked for them. Sorry if my staying cohost while being pregnant or posting pregnancy updates offened or hurt anyone, that was NOT my intention. If it did, like it appeared and sounded due to those PMs I received I am deeply sorry, I hope you ladies can and will forgive me.

Secondly, time was becoming an issue for me. I have been/was spending more quality time with JM than with my DH. Don't get me wrong I LOVE you ladies and hope for the best for you ALL but my marriage is most important to me. (DH got slightly jealous that I spent most of my time online, this was because I was trying/hoping to be the BEST cohost ever by posting new topics and replying to everyones post.) With being on vacation and having limited access to JM allowed me to spend more quality time with my DH and I have thoroughly enjoyed it, thus making it difficult to get on and be the best cohost I could have been and wanted to be. You ladies don't deserve a cohost who has been MIA for almost 3 weeks or so. I wish I could devot more time to this AWESOME board but unfortunately I can't fulfill my role as cohost anymore. I want and need to focus on being the best wife and mommy to be that I can. I know that someone else can and will do a GREAT job as cohost here. Sorry that I stepped down, but I wish there was MUCH MORE time in the world, if there was I would stay in a heartbeat, believe me I would. I want to watch and see you all get a BFP, but I will from behind the scenes

Lastly, I want to give each and EVERYONE of you ALL the baby dust in the world. I want and hope you ALL can and will get your BFPs ASAP!!! You ALL deserve them and will be great mothers. I am continuing praying for you all that all your hopes and dreams will come true and that BFP will come ASAP!!! I will continue to lurk in and stalk all of you. This board is the BEST because you ladies are the BEST. I am sad that I am leaving, but I feel and hope I'm making the right decision for everyone. and take care ladies. I wish you all the best and all the baby dust.

I´m happy to see you go (in that you no longer need to ttc!!) but i´ll miss you, you were an attentive cohost, and always had good advice. I hope you kup in the graduates section and/or on the board.

I'm sorry that people made you feel the need to step down. I see nothing wrong with a pregnant woman co-hosting a TTC board. After all, she's a perfect example to the rest of the board that even after a long time it can happen. If TTC boards were completely lacking in pregnant women I think morale would drop considerably. You were a wonderful co-host and really lifted the spirits of so many women. I hope that you enjoy your time with your DH and that your pregnancy is an enjoyable one.

I agree with MamaAnna,i dont think a pregnant cohost is a problem at all,if anything , its a great thing to have and show us that there is hope!!!
Lindsey,i feel sorry that you got nasty PMs and you should never have got them.
I love reading your posts and keeping up to date with your baby bump,i will carry on stalking you in the other boards.

Well Lindsey you already know how i feel about everything. I am so sad to see you go. I was so excited to co-host with someone i knew IRL. I will miss your pretty little face around here and all your wonderful up-dates.

Ditto! I couldn't agree more. That's awful that someone would send you PMs like that. Good grief! People need to relax! You have every right to enjoy your pregnancy & time with your DH esp before baby comes! I don't think a lot of ppl realize the time commitments cohosting requires, especially if you're trying to get to every post & think of good ways to keep the board moving. I got burned out from AIP. Sometimes it's just too much. I'll be stalking you in your DDC! Stay happy & healthy.

I'm going to fess up. I was one of the people that PM'd Lindsey. If I was doing something that was potentially hurting other people..... I would want one of my friends to tell me..... in a nice way.... I didn't think my message was nasty in the least and I am hurt that it was even implied. I was trying to be respectful and considerate of her and the girls on the board at the same time. I'm sorry, I never wanted her to step down and I never even suggested it! I just thought it would be better if she was a little more discrete about her pregnancy like Brandi was..... I know that I'm not the only one that felt this, but I thought that we were friends enough that I could approach her about it. I thought that because of how she felt in the past few months that she would understand. I never recieved a response to even discuss the situation.
Again I am sorry, I didn't mean to hurt her feelings and I most certainly didn't ask her to step down. I just thought that it was worth discussing, privately. I'm sorry that so many of you have been disappointed by this. It was not my intention.

Toni, don't feel bad at all. I thought of doing the same thing. I don't mean any disrespect to Lindsey, but I thought she maybe should have deactivated her siggy in the 6+ month board and maybe not have posted quite so many updates. She wasn't on often during the last few weeks because she was busy and I totally understand when JM needs to take a back seat to RL. I also thought about mentioning this because of the conversation in the TTC #1 board back in March. I looked back at that conversation to make sure I was remembering it correctly. Lindsey was upset and hurt at that time with all the BFPs showing up there, as many of us were. In my mind, that should have been a lesson on how to handle this. I'm happy for her BFP and that everything is progressing so well. I'm probably going to get bashed for what I say next, but I don't know how to put it delicately. Lindsey is a sensitive person who seems to get upset very easily over things people say online. I wouldn't take it too hard that she was upset by your PM and decided to step down because of it. I've seen her be very reactive to things other women have said to her as well.

That being said, I wish Lindsey a H&H 9 months. I have to admit that I don't know if the TTC6+ months has a graduate section. If it does, I would love to see posts from Lindsey there.
