Ours is basically an SUV, bought with babies in mind. I posted this on TTC (main) when we got it, but when we took it to DH's parents' for them to look at, his dad went on and on about how much he liked the car and I said, "Yeah, we LOVE the backseat" or something to that effect. I was so embarrassed by what he must have been thinking, but I would have been more embarrassed to tell him that I meant for BABY SEATS!!!

Hehehe

I would not trade my SUV for anything. I love to be off the ground and the 4X4 is lots of fun when we go camping.

EXACTLY! I rode in my sister's old Toyota Corolla and was a little afraid to be so close to the ground. It's been YEARS since I've been that low and going so fast. Um, that didn't come out right. Anyway, our car has built-in camping stuff, which is exactly what we were looking for! We adore it and I'm sad that they stopped making them. Everyone thinks they look funny, but they're great cars and get good mileage, have coolers, air mattresses, removable things, tent attachments, and so on. I want another. Hehe.

OMG I know my DH drives a 99 Mustang when I get in it I feel like I am sitting on the ground! I HATE to ride in it!...lol But it might help if it was clean on the inside and did not smell like smoke...lol

Hehe. That would do it for me, too. Nope. My sister's isn't very clean, either. She always asks if I'll drive. Hehe. I like her car, though. It suits her. Her BF drives a truck that smells like citrus and BO and is filled with tools. She can't stand riding in it. Again, when they want to go somewhere with us, she gently suggests that I'll drive. Hehehe.

Right now we have a Ford Focus--- so a mid-size car- actually, I think the inside is pretty roomy for a car.
But, I like to Pontiac Vibe's, and certain SUV's... I liked the "rounder" looking SUV's...

I love mine. DH surprised me a couple of months ago with it. My DREAMCAR. But, I had babies in mind when I thought of it.

I drive a Honda Civic. Looking for a different car though. Probably a van.

I think that it's nice that we all have kids in mind, whether we have them already or not, when we think about buying cars or our dream cars...

(I was actually disappointed this weekend that we didn't get to transport our nephews in our car...I want to be able to try it out on kids. Does my sister [age 24] count?)
