I feel as though every month the 2WW goes more slowly than the last. Seriously- I'm 3DPO here. 3 Days. That's it. I actually googled today "ways to make the 2WW go by faster" as if there was something out there that I didn't know about that would make time go by faster. The results weren't very helpful, needless to say.
I mean, if we can put people on the moon, why can't we find a way to revel if you are preggo right after you conceive? Seemly like millions of dollars just waiting to be made by the first person to come up with something like that.
Every month right after I get AF and another disapointment, I promise myself I won't obsess over it and continue to live my life in two week increments (you all certainly know what I mean there), but once O rolls around, there isn't a single moment when you could catch me unawares of what DPO I'm on- or just thinking about it during idle time.
Anybody have any secrets that might help me out here?
Is anyone esle around 3-4 DPO that would like to be cycle buddies and shuffle through the next 2 weeks with me?

I just let my kids distract me and try not to look at the numbers on my chart or ticker. It does help a little. I think we should have a sticker we could put on our bellies that would light up the instant we conceived. When is somebody going to invent that?

I know just what you mean and the 2 week increments. Months seem to fly by! Unfortunately, I didn't think I'd still be counting every 2 weeks at month 11
I hope it goes fast for you & you get your BFP. That'll make it all worthwhile!

I am right there with you! I absolutely DESPISE the 2ww. Every other part of the month I can handle. I even feel better when AF shows, even though I am dejected. But at least I know I can start over. I just hate waiting and hoping and wondering and getting let down time and time again.

I can be cycle buddies with you. I am 5dpo today and I would love to have someone else to go thru this mess with. Strength in numbers!!

(((hugs)))

Up until I was on Femara...I had a 3 week wait just to ovulate! I was ovulating around CD 21...so that was worse for me!

I have done a non-stress approach before...no temping, no charting, nothing after I ovulate. I didn't test until the day before AF was to show. It did help alot to just step back and enjoy non-TTC stuff in life.

I would suggest doing something nice for yourself or maybe pick up a new hobby - anything to keep you mind off of TTC.

Yay!
What day do you plan on testing? I have a 12 day luteal phase (every once and a while it's 13 days) so I will probably just wait the full 14 days and if AF isn't here by then, I'll test. This really is getting old (being disapointed every month), but I'm trying to stay hopeful.

I'm not sure. AF is due the 29th or 30th. So I will probably start testing next Wednesday, 25 June (assuming I can hold out until then ). I would love to find out while my DH is out of town next Tues-Fri, so I could surprise him when he came home. Listen to me, talking like I'm SURE I'm pregnant... absolutely not the case, but a girl can dream, right!
