Tonight I went to visit a friend and her little girl. I haven't seen their daughter since she was a little bitty thing. Anyhow, I walked in the door and sat down and she was all over me. Her mom said she is usually shy and doesn't do that. So apparently, she really likes me...lol! That was nice; it made me feel like I was a good person! Then I was loving on the cat because he was feeling jealous and he was all over me too. He let me hold him like a baby (him on his back cradled in my arms) and his mommy was shocked because he's skittish and doesn't let people do that. So, for whatever reason, her babies, human and fur, were enjoying my company tonight.

Plus, I showed her my cloth diaper and she didn't laugh at me...lol. We actually had a good conversation about them. Anyhow, I just had to share because it made me feel better after all my meltdowns this week - today included.

Aww that is really cute.

I was just thinking about that kind of thing... I just got AF while I was in the shower & my cats always have to be in the bathroom w/me. After I got out of the shower, I sat down to dry off w/the towel & one of my cats jumped up on my lap & went to sleep It was like he was trying to comfort me. At least I have my furbabies even if I don't have a "real" baby!

I read a few months back that animals and children tend to flock to pregnant women. I guess they can sense something given off by pregnant women! The study said that they put toddlers in a room one at a time with a bunch of female strangers where 1 was pregnant. The toddler ended up going to the pregnant ladies more often than not. The same thing with animals.

I really hope that this means something good for you!!!!!
