I am only on cycle day 10. I chart my temps, and normally ovulate between days 13-15. (I count O Day as the day before the temperature spike.)

This month, I bought an OPK to see if my charts matched up with what was supposedly happening. I used the test correctly, but got no line. But, I noticed I have EWCM today.

Does anyone know if I should go by the OPK result, or the EWCM? I normally don't get much for CM (maybe a day or so), and don't understand why I'd have it today.

I started using EPO this month, but, I have tried this before and didn't notice anything different.

???

Any help would be appreciated!

You may just be extra hydrated this month! Sometimes I only get a day or 2 of watery CM, and others, I get several days. I'd go by both--BDing now to cover your bases and until your fertile CM dries up!

Good luck! It all gets so confusing when we're trying to do everything right and using everything we have available to us! I bet that they'll all eventually "line up" for you, though, in a few days.

I don't really know all the details about EWCM (does anyone know where I can find more info. about CM- I read it all a long time ago, but haven't checked that in a long time), but I say start BD'ing ASAP and just keep BD'ing right through til when the OPK says...
I used to use OPK's, and I found them very hard to read, I thought. I never had a very distinct difference....

Thanks all. Bd'ing is an impossiblity right now, though. I doubt if it would work, anyway. DH is supposed to get checked soon...we had some problems before. I am mainly just trying to get my cycle down pat to where I know what's going on.

Butterflymommy:

There are sites all over the internet that discuss CM differences, btw. If you google things like "natural family planning," you are bound to find something to help.

These sites don't help me a whole lot, because as I said, I don't get much for CM to begin with, to make comparisons. I drink as much water as I can stomach, but it doesn't seem to stay in my body.

My best to you...
