Beta Number

I went in this morning and it was 62. (12dpiui) I go back Wednesday for another check to make sure it's doubling. My progesterone levels were at 58.something.

I hope so. I have a confession...I took my second FRER this morning and the line is MUCH darker than the first test. So, that makes me feel good. I really can't believe I'm looking at two lines on a test that belong to me....

Today's number was 188. I am 14dpiui today. It tripled, but I'm kinda bummed, I was hoping it would be much higher. I have to go back on Friday to make sure they keep going up. I hope that I get the other lady to take my blood. I don't like the way the one the past few times has done it. She hurts!

Those are still good numbers! Especially since they tripled! I hope that you get the good lady to take your blood next time! That always makes me mad when the people aren't gentle. Good luck for even higher numbers!!!!

I hear ya on the gentle part. I am pretty tolerant of that because I used to give blood all the time when I was allowed to. This lady didn't even stop the bleeding by holding down the cotton, she just let it rest and put the bandaid on - ugh! I would bleed quite a bit for me after lab work, and I get lab work ALL the time thanks to the thyroid stuff.

***UPDATE***

At 16dpiui my beta was 474. It went up 2.5 times from Wednesday. I go back on Monday for another beta, and will continue to do so every few days until I am at 1000 and then I'll have an ultrasound. I'll probably only be able to see the sac, but I'm okay with that. It would ease my mind. Then, the week after that, I should be able to see/hear the heartbeat. Oh, how I hope!!

Apparently, my RE will keep me until 12 weeks and then he will release me to an OB. I guess he wants to make sure I make it through my 1st trimester with no problems before he sends me elsewhere.

Those are good numbers! I hope that they reach 1000 in no time! I'm glad that your RE is keeping close tabs and monitoring your numbers to make sure everything is going well! Here's lots of sticky baby dust and higher number dust too!!!

My fourth beta was yesterday as well as my thyroid check. My beta went from 474 to 2,064 almost 4.5 times higher!! I have my ultrasound tomorrow to see the sac and I'm guessing the next one will be the following week or next for the heartbeat. I'm excited to actually see the sac because then I'll feel so much better.
