This picture cracks me up. I was first in swim lessons when I was 6 months old. I started competing during the summer when I was 7. I chose to start swimming year round when I was 12. It was a very relaxed laid back program. I didn't get super serious until I was in highschool and even then I was doing other sports and would take months off of swimming at a time. I went on to swim my first two years in college. I loved my years swimming and met so many of my friends through it. I took a few years off after college and then started swimming with a Masters team. Most of my really good friends today are people I met through swimming the masters program.

I picked this picture because I swam breaststroke. This is Amanda Beard who swam in her first olympics at the age of 14. She was super fast, but had a really odd stroke. I don't look anything like this when I swim.

lol OMG!!! I agree that is a hilarious picture!!!

So I am bad at following the rules I have 2 pictures! haha

My DH sleeping with my precious baby girl, Jewel!

My two furbabies!

I chose these pictures because my passion in life is my animals. I love animals and I always have. I spend hours every day playing with my babies and am just getting into becoming a show mom for Jewel. We have lots of fun and they make our days very enjoyable and full of laughs! These two are literally DH and mines babies right now, they are treated like it and they know it. So spoiled! haha

Ok here's mine

I chose this because I have lived in Kansas all of my life. I grew up in a rural area...my elementary and high school were literally in the middle of a field. Across the road were cows.

So I'm a country girl. Of course I live in the "city" now...but I'm in the suburb, so it doesn't really seem like a big city thing to me. I will always be a country girl at heart. Just like they say: you can take the girl out of the country, but not the country out of the girl.

I can't imagine living like that! I think it would be so easy and simple. Part of me would love to pack up and move to a state that is much more kick back.

There are ups and downs. It's peaceful...but that can turn into boring really quickly. That's why I like living in a small suburb. I got the best of both worlds. Modern civilization, but back home is 45 minutes away so if I need an escape its not far off.

I am also 100% country obviously! haha I grew up on a ranch in Montana most of my life and now I live in North Dakota so I can totally relate to you Becky! I am so not a city person. I have learned how to entertain myself and I actually enjoy the peace and quiet a week in the city is too much for me! haha
