Are you a morning person or a night owl? a little bit of both...some nights I can stay up; other nights I'm in bed early so I can get up and get some stuff done

I am definitely more of a night person, but I get up just fine when I have to.

How many hours of sleep do you usually get?
I typically get right around 7-8.

What is your favorite sleeping position?
I sleep either on my side or my back. I used to be a tummy sleeper but I cant do it anymore!

I'm both- but the afternoon's kill me... I could take a nap everyday around 2:00

On my Tummy with my knee up near my chin (I'm really strange- I know)

What is your favorite sleeping position? Well, I can only fall asleep on my stomach, but I am a violent sleeper, so I actually sleep in all sorts of positions.

How many hours of sleep do you usually get? 7.5, but I function better on 8.5 if I'm working out a lot


What is your favorite sleeping position? I love to sleep on my back with no pillow and my arms above my head.

Are you a morning person or a night owl? night owl no matter how much sleep I get I am never in a good mood to get up in the AM


How many hours of sleep do you usually get? Somewhere around 6 usually - rarely 7 or more.


What is your favorite sleeping position? side mostly - I used to be a tummy sleeper till I had AJ, I am just getting back into sleeping on my tummy.

What is your favorite sleeping position? I'm a side sleeper...fetal position really. Sometimes I end up on my back when its close to my alarm going off.
