It is kind of sad. They had a baby just to fill the heir position...but then again I guess it is all a cultural thing.

I agree that it's sad they had the baby just to fill the heir position. The thing is they spent all their money to get pregnant so it's not like they will leave the baby boy anything anyways because they have nothing left.

Wow is right...maybe that's my problem...I haven't sold my buffalo herd yet. LOL!! Just kidding.

I think it is sad how some societies disregard the birth of girls.
