I need some help. Basically since yesterday I have been getting some weird pains around my ovaries. Today is my last day of taking the pills so I am wondering if its some sort of side effect from the Clomid? I have never had this before, but they upped my dose to 150mg. so I thought maybe it meant there was some follies growing or something in there? Has this happened to anyone else? HELP!!! haha

I've gotten pains in my ovaries throughout the month when I'm on clomid. I just chalked it up to one of the side effects. Good luck.

I'm on Femara and when they upped my dosage I had cramping in my ovary area. I told my DH that I swear that I felt the egg release!! LOL

Awesome so after talking to you girls, I think I am going to chalk it up to some sort of side effect.

Ditto- same thing happened to me when I took it, but I think it can also cause cysts so you need to keep an eye on things and let your doctor know if it gets too bad. However, my pain was pretty intense the first month and it literally hurt to ovulate.

good luck!

I could totally feel my ovaries when I was on 50mg and 100mg, but not 150. Weird, I know... but I think it is pretty normal. Just keep an eye on it.
