I have to go in to get an ultrasound today to check out my insides.. lol.. make sure everythings normal I guess.. I don't know what they're going to be able to see from just a regular U/S but we'll see... I had to drink so many fluids and I can't go to the bathroom (I need a full bladder) I'm going to explode!!!.. lol.. Wish me luck!!

Sounds like they're doing a pelvic and/or trans vag sono. I've had those before & had to do the drinking an hour before. I was so uncomfortable, I was sweating!! LOL So I feel your pain.

ETA: They can see more than you'd think with a sono. They can measure your ovaries, the thickness of your endometrium, etc. Pretty cool.

Good luck. They'll look first with the regular ultrasound and then probably have you empty your bladder and then do a transvaginal ultrasound. I hope you check out free and clear.

ok I just got home.... they didn't take me back until 2:45.. Oy I had to go soooooo bad... well he took me back and I had a student watching my U/S too... he did the pelvic U/S and mentioned that my uterus goes to the right .. checked out my tubes and ovaries.. then I FINALLY got to go to the bathroom.. thank god I was about to pee myself.. .. Next they did a vaginal U/S, that was a little uncomfortable but not bad.. he mentioned seeing some follies but didn't comment anymore than that. ..

So I have to call my doc in 3-5 days to see about the results of my U/S and bloodwork.... so I'll update again then
