Well...I went to the doctor and I have strep throat. 
If that wasn't enough, I went to the bathroom to find that the Evil Witch has showed up. Onto cycle #8

thanks ladies...I'm sure its the sickness getting me down...but I wanna curl up into a ball and cry. I'm not sure what our next step will be...I'll have to call my midwife on Monday.

I'm so sorry. Talk about a double blow!
I hope your throat feels better soon...strep is awful.
And I hope your widwife can help you with the TTC too. Maybe your next go with Femara will do it. I'm sorry it wasn't this month.

Thanks ladies!!! I feel quite a bit better today, its not so painful to swallow now, which is nice.
As for AF - she sucks! I don't think they will increase the Femara, I believe I'm on the highest dose.
I'm hoping that my midwife will do some tests. The Femara did increase my progesterone, but apparently that's not the only issue. I think I'd be happy with an u/s just to make sure everything looks ok in there and maybe a SA for DH. I'll keep everyone posted.

Oh no Becky! I'm so sorry that you have strep throat and AF showed. I was praying for you DAILY! I hope your midwife will advise you to move forward with some tests, if only to give you peace of mind.
I tested on Friday and also got a BFN. No AF yet, but I'm pretty sure it's over this cycle.

Thanks ladies...I'll let you know what my midwife says tomorrow.
Steve and I had a good talk tonight and we both decided that we would go as far as IUI, but we won't do IVF. I hope we don't have to go that far, but it was good for us to talk about the "what ifs".
