I am on CD 31, 14 DPO had a BFN pregnancy test yesterday. My temps are still up but I am having some dark red spotting today and a fair amount of it. I dont know what to think?

Can anyone help? Is this implantation bleeding? A miscarriage? I am so upset and I just want this cycle to be over and done with.

I'm not sure sweetie. Like you said, your temps look good, but I don't know about the bleeding. How long are your cycles normally? How long is your LP normally?

My cycles are normally 30 days long... I am not sure about my LP because this is my first month charting temps.

Is the bleeding accompanied by particularly heavy cramping? If so, then it COULD be a miscarriage, but not necessarily. My temps don't dive until somewhere in the middle of my period, and yours might do the same.

Have you felt any pregnancy symptoms? I know, it's so hard to know the difference between pregnancy and PMS, but sometimes you have little clues...just wondering.

I honestly don't know what to tell you...another couple months of charting should help you get to know your LP and cycle length and such, but that's not much help for this cycle, is it? If you got a BFN, though, and had no symptoms out of the ordinary, I would say that, most likely, your temps are like mine and may start dropping tomorrow or the next day...
