Ok, so I got an e-mail from my Dr. yesterday and guess what......apparently I Od on my own this month. What the heck??!!! They told me I didnt ovulate and that is why we werent pregnant.....well they never tested for it. This month they decided to and guess what I DID O!!!! I was almost IRRATE that they never tested before, but at the same time it is good news. Not sure when it happened though so I have no idea how many dpo I am. The bad news is, (not sure how or if this works) but I might not have had any mature follies when I did O??? Can anyone shed any light on that? Is that possible? Anyways, the plan is still to do the injectables next month and I have an appointment to talk about them on July 31. So we will see....
Oh and sorry I have been MIA today. I am visiting family and ended up getting sick!! Yuck!! So I may be MIA tomorrow too! Sorry!
I would talk to the doctor and find out the actual numbers. You may have had numbers high enough to confirm a weak ovulation that would not involve mature follies. For example - a progesterone level of 3-5 confirms ovulation, but they really want the number in the 10-12 range for a non-medicated cycle.
It's great that you O'd on your own - that's a great start!
Oh..sorry you're sick...I hope you feel better soon!
I second that. I used to O on my own as well, but my progesterone was always really low afterwards. It also too my body way too long to O. My hormones were high enough to O, but no high enough to have good mature follicles. The clomid has fixed that.
