I dreamt last night that I was pregnant and then had a baby boy--all before Christmas b/c I was sending out cards and telling people. Jerry named him Henry, which isn't even on our list so that was weird. Then I didn't feed him at all the first day, because he never cried so I thought he wasn't hungry, but people yelled at me. Also, I apparently just kept working and Henry would be waiting in the middle of my bed when I got home for me to feed him (after being yelled at I was feeding him once before leaving for work and once after.) I was a little disappointed that Henry was kind of a funny looking baby and didn't look at all like us but I told Henry he was beautiful anyway. Also, changed his diaper once before work and once after. Jer was nowhere to be found in this dream after naming him. I was talking on the phone in my dream and telling someone that I couldn't remember the pain of childbirth at all so I guessed those stories were true and your mind just blocks it out. Anyway, just thought I'd share this odd dream w/ people who could relate. Have a great Monday!

From what I have noticed on the jm boards...usually if you have a dream about a baby, being pregnant, etc, most of the ladies are!! Are you due to test soon?

I love those dreams - except for when i wake up and reality hits me!! I to have heard that vivid dreams can be a pregnancy sign. I hope it is for you!

Sadly, no. I am waiting to ovulate. It's probably just wanting to be pregnant mixed with anxiety about getting pregnant (hence-funny looking baby who I don't know how to take care of?) Thanks for the more positive spin though ladies! And who knows...maybe I am psychic and will be preggers before NEXT Christmas!

HAHAHA I think I've had the dream before where I thought that I shouldn't feed my baby if he wasn't hungry. DH and I were told that he'd "ask" for it...the nurse said, "You don't want to make him fat, do you?" Um...I guess not.

What a weird dream. Are you thinking of adding "Henry" to the list now? WOOHOO for ovulation! Hope it happens soon!

Wow! It's funny I should see this today! I had two weird dreams last night and in both the baby was a girl and we named her Jasmen Kelley, (my husband's name is Jasen so we just stuck an 'm' in there and my mother's maiden name is Kelley...these aren't names we considered, but cute!) In the first one, when I went into labor, I went to the hospital all alone and no one cared that I had the baby. I called my mom and Jasen and both were like "Well, that's good, honey, see you when you get home." It was really odd. In the second one, we adopted her and Jasen was all excited, so that one was a little better! Jasen held her and lay on the couch with her while I fixed her room up (it of course wasn't ready, b/c it isn't in real life! LOL)
I was so sad when I woke up and realized my little Jasmen wasn't real!

Maybe I can add "vivid dreams" to my list of symptoms!!!

Sad to say I've had MANY dreams like that, and so far it has meant nothing. It's such a terrible feeling when you wake up, and realize it isn't true.

I have heard that if you dream you are pregnant that means a friend is...and If you dream a friend is that means you are...but who knows, as I have dreamt both all in the same week before and I wasnt...but a friend was..so...lol
