Thumbs sideways....I think they are cool to see, but I am not sure I would spend the $ on one

thumbs way down.
I honestly think it's horrible and selfish to expose a baby to such a huge amount of ultrasound waves for such a long time just for a video or some photos. Ya, it's nice to see, but there is no proof on the safety of U/S, and some possible proof of the ill effects. I think they should only be done for a serious reason.

Sideways here too...I think its neat, but expensive.
We were lucky with Bailey - our midwife's office has a 3D machine and the tech "flipped the switch" during one of our last u/s. It was pretty cool - especially since it was free!

Thumbs up, but I haven't researched the side effects. We have a bunch of them in my work building, so I can get one for free if I ever get pregnant and still work there.

IDK, I bet they are really expensive, and I´m not sure about the side effects. I´m sure DH will know, he works with the ecograph people. He jokes that its always the same baby, either boy or girl, as everyone we´ve ever seen has the same, smiling, waving and thumb sucking!!

Thumbs sideways but tilting towards down more. They're expensive and I'd have to do some research to find out if there's side effects.

Down - They are very expensive and I want the first time to see my baby's face to be when he or she is born.

Thumbs sideways. I don't know if it's just me? but sometimes I look at them and I just think "wow that baby looks freaky". I guess because of the distortion that is there from the amniotic fluid maybe. But some of them just look really blobby and weird and I don't know, in some ways I'd rather have just the regular ultrasound photo than a weird blobby pic.
