I am going to try to write this post without blubbering (not that you all will know if I do or not), but I really value all of your opinions and advice.

I am on day 4 of spotting off and on, but only when I wipe after using the restroom. And it isn't every time. I took a test on Wednesday I guess and it was a as I expected, but DH kept asking me when I could test. I highly expect AF to arrive by this weekend (early next week). I would love to be surprised with a on AJ's birthday (Tuesday) but I doubt it. Once AF really shows, I am going to call my OB. This is where I am stuck.

When I went in for my yearly check up in April he said "I will see you when you get pregnant or in a year". I can't stand waiting another 5 months before I go back and that would make a year for TTC - not a year till my next pap.

I can't guarantee he will be able to see me right away cause he is very popular (I had to wait till I was 13 weeks pregnant to get in to see him with AJ), so I guess if he can't then I will just continue what I am doing and maybe try something new (what other than changing my diet, I don't know). But what would you say when you call? I have a lot of hypothesis as to what could be wrong, but this is all from symptoms and thoughts from the doctor I was put into contact with (who lives a whole state away from me) through my BOM instructor. I don't want them to brush me off though. I am a fairly soft spoken person and am afraid if they say "oh you are only 25 and you have already had a child, it will happen" I will will be just like "ok" and hang up. I really want answers though.

TIA for any thoughts, opinions, and advice you can give me.

I'd call, and I'd express your concerns. Ask to be put on a cancellation list. Ask for a call back from the Dr. if they can't see you.

I know EXACTLY what you're feeling.

My midwife recently told me to "be patient, it takes time" and I burst into tears (luckily it was over the phone). I think WE know our bodies the best and even though we don't have a PhD, we are very in tune with our bodies. I was completely honest with my midwife and told her my feelings, my symptoms, my concerns, everything. She was very receptive and could tell how much un-needed stress I was under.
I felt a little silly blubbering to my midwife, but it got the ball rolling and I started Femara.

As for the phone call to the doctor's office - you don't have to real specific when you make the appointment. Tell the person on the phone that you are in a sensitive place (like at work) and can't go into great detail. Due to the nature of OB/GYN offices, they usually understand.
You should be able to schedule an appointment with your doctor and not go into elaborate details.

In addition, the people scheduling usually don't have access to your chart, so getting the appointment shouldn't be a problem. They won't know your history or anything else about your chart.

Good luck...stay strong, they are there to serve. (((Hugs)))

I agree with Becky- I would make an appointment, but be vague about why you need it. If they give you problem, is there another Dr you could try in the meantime (Like a second opinion)? I hope that you can get some things figured out soon!!!
