I hate them.

So, I bought some cheapies on the internet and have used them on and off during the past 8 months. I have NEVER gotten a true positive. I had blood work done back in February that tells me I am ovulating. I went out tonight and bought a new box of FR and thought about using them for the next week to see if it's the test and if I might still get a positive. The problem is I'm on cd 14 (i think) and for the past two months I've sort of pin pointed O around cd 11-13...I don't think I've missed her since I'm still not to the EWCM phase yet. Do you think the cheapies are just that cheap and aren't as good of quality? What brand do you use? Should I go ahead and open the new box and use them for a couple more days this cycle?

I use the internet cheapies and have had good success with them. I do know that some people just plain don't have any luck with OPKs at all- any brand. Maybe you're one of those people?!?!? I'm not sure. It's good that you know you are Oing though! Good luck and be sure to BD to cover your bases!

I'm one of "those" people. I have never had luck with OPKs at all. I would go more off of your CM - its a great indicator.

I use the Answer OPK's. I have used both kinds. I think they almost make me stress even more about my cycle and after this cycle (I want to make sure I can pinpoint when I O'd for when I go to the OB) I don't think I will be using them.

Well just to see if the cheapies I bought were any good I decided to open the FR pack up and use one of those and the cheapie. The cheapie didn't even show a test line and the FR showed a (-) test line...so it looks like I haven't O'd yet...which is good! I'm just so mad that I've been using those all these months and they are JUNK!

Believe me, we're covered...I'm not even sure why I use the OPKs because we BD more often than needed I'm sure, but we still can't seem to catch the egg

I watch this too...and for me since the tests were JUNK, I had to use CM! Are you sensing my frustration with those JUNKIE tests!!
