I'm sitting here telling myself that I should get up and peel potatoes to make mashed taters for dinner and I'm wondering what everyone else is planning for dinner? I could use some new ideas for the menu, I think DH is getting tired of the same things over and over! LOL...

So... what's on tonight's menu?

Ha Ha Ha...It is so funny that you ask that. I was just sitting here thinking the same thing "I really need to get up and make something for dinne" I don't think that I can help right now. I'm feeling lazy today and will prob. have something boring like chicken and rice.

I have no idea yet. Usually I know. I spent my work day doing community service/volunteer stuff with my company. I just got home and my MIL plans on stopping by. I don't know if we'll go to dinner with her or cook here.

Well you girls are no help! JK... LOL. We ended up having Chicken Cutlets, corn and mashed potatoes. It was time consuming to make, but DH likes it, so it was worth it. I better start thinking for tomorrow's dinner! Come on girls... I need ideas!!!

I want Pasta Fagioli, but DH said he wasn't up for that... So I'm still thinking for tomorrow! I have to defrost something tonight! LOL

We are having soft taco's tonight. I have been craving these since LAST time I made them. I also have a chicken one that is SUPER easy that doesn't call for a seasoning packet.

I think tomorrow night I'll be grilling marinated portabella mushrooms. We'll have that with corn, pollenta, a salad and probably a few other things.

Oh, My DH would love that Cel! I don't like mushrooms, but I still cook them for him a lot. He loves grilled portabellos!
