I usually post on ttc w/ med asst, but I thought I'd wander over here since we've been ttc for 3 years. My dr says the next step is a post coital but a few have mentioned they are unreliable. Anyone have any opinions on it?

O.k. here goes, lol. I am new to this so bare with me. I have been married 15 years and no luck getting pregnant, so in May 2005 finally went to se an RE. He did every test he could thonk of lol. He did an HSG and found out I had a spetum in my uterus, 2 fibroid tumors and endometriosis. Had surgery to fix every thing and he gave us 3 months to try on our on with no luck. We did do a post coital test. It doesn't hurt, you go in after you have a + OPK, you well have to have sex before you go and then they will take some of the sperm out to see how it is moving through the CM. DH and I are now doing IUI's with clomid. I'm on my TWW and now spotting so I think this round is a bust lol. so hope this helps. Please foregive any typo's and maybe yall can help me through some of this since I am new to all of it.
