This morning I temped at my normal time and it was VERY low (96.96). However, my AC was on and lower than normal AND I was shirtless. (I was hot when I went to sleep.)

I went back to sleep for several hours and temped again when I woke up and it was MUCH higher (98.17).

I checked my cervix and it is still high. My CM is creamy with absolutely no tinge of blood at all. (I forgot to check to see if my cervix was open or not.)

Which temp do I use?

I'm no expert on temping, but I would tend to use the second higher temp. If it is the higher temp, your chart is looking HOT!!!!!!! GL girl, I hope this is it for ya!

i'm going to make a suggestion, that won't help you now, but will alleviate things like this happening in the future. the same thing happened to me and i didn't know what to do either. so i asked my dr. and she told me to temp vaginally. ok it's not the funnest thing to do, but my temps were so much more stable when i temped that way.

i'm not sure what you tell you to do now. if it were ME, i'd use the first low temp and see what happens tomorrow. remember, it can be an implantation dip too!!! good luck! maybe someone else will have a better answer.

I agree with Lynda... use your first temp and just make a mental note of the possibilities as to why your temp was so low.

I would use your lower temp and mark your higher temp in the notes box on Fertility Friend. I don't think anyone but you can see it.

Hey ladies. Thanks for your advice. I have decided to use the later temp.

Typically, a low temp this late in my cycle means AF will be here that day. She didn't show and I have none of my usual pre-AF symptoms. Hopefully, my temps' still up tomorrow!
