I have truly considered starting a business to produce hip & trendy maternity clothes that DON'T cost an arm and a leg. There is such a market out there for it. What are your thoughts on maternity clothes. I know some women think they are cute, but I, for the most part, think most of them are ugly - at least the affordable ones. the cuter ones are way too expensive for the time you wear them. i always thought i'd get more than one use out of them, but my children were born at different times of the year, so i needed different seasons at different sizes...

yep! i'm mostly going to wear regular clothes, and baby doll dresses as tops. I do have some cute maternity clothes, and you can get great stuff on ebay too. We have a good mat outlet near me, and that helps too...

oh, and target and oldnavy and gap are all good too, but you've gotta get things on sale.

Anything that's cute and stylish and affordable is always a great idea! I think you should do it!!! But sell them on the web too, so we could all buy them!

I agree - I am plus sized and got either bigger sized clothes or maternity from Fashion Bug.

It's hard to find fashionable maternity clothes that are appropriate for work too, I find. I like a lot of the ones at Ann Taylor Maternity but again, they're wicked expensive.

Good luck!
