1. What is for lunch? Today was an english muffin with PB - Tuesday will be whatever is at Recipe Club.
2. What is for dinner? Today, leftover birthday dinner from my MIL (Chicken sopa, rice, beans, chips, queso, salsa - YUM). Tomorrow sandwiches I think, since we are leaving Wednesday on vacation (hopefully - Ike TURN!)

1. What is for lunch? I'm not sure, but I feel like Subway...We'll see what DH wants when he wakes up!
2. What is for dinner? Pork chops and scalloped potatoes. Too bad I don't like pork! (I know DH does though... I'll probably have some left over chicken maybe)

Lunch yest was granola with raisins and milk.
Dinner, although we DID thaw out chicken breasts, was Lean Pockets. We were both tired after work so Mike put the chicken in a maranade he'll grill when he gets home at 5:30 or so tonight.
