Well, I took the clomid on CD3-CD7. Not pleasant, but definitely not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I was prepared for the worst! I did have a headache everyday that I was taking it though, which wasn't good at all since I have a problem with migraines as it is.

I am on CD 17 today and STILL have not ovulated!! Without the clomid, I am VERY regular. I typically ovulate CD 13 - CD 16. I was starting to panic when my OPKs kept coming back negative. I retested again last night before bed though and finally got the +... so I am relieved now.

I have had horrible Opains since CD 12.... not sure how many follicles I have since the doctor has not monitored anything at all. For all I know I could have TOO many eggs to release! It is frustrating not knowing what is going on inside, other than the pain.

We've been BDing everyday almost all month. His SA came back great (without skipping any days before testing either), so we are continuing daily until further notice.

I just don't know why I am not getting PG!!!! Every month my chart looks good, yet NOTHING! It is a frustrating waiting game, that's for sure.

How have others adjusted to the clomid? I only took 50 mg although the doctor wanted to start right out at 100mg. I hope that it works this month, as I am not looking forward to another week of headaches!!!

I'm on my second round of Clomid, and at almost the same time in my cycle as you!! Last month FF says I O'd on day 18, but I think it was more like day 21 and I missed my opportunity. I didn't O on my own every cycle before Clomid though... And I definitely feel your pain where the headaches are concerned! I've had a headache almost every day of my cycle this time. I'm on CD 15 now, and still waiting on a positive OPK.

I hope this is your only cycle you will need of Clomid and that it helps you get your BFP soon!

To be honest the increased levels didnt affect me much more than the 50mg. My symptoms stayed the same pretty much the entire time I was on Clomid!

I'm starting my first round of clomid as well this month. AF is due to come Sunday, and I'm supposed to take 100mg CD 5-9. Just curious, why did you only take 50mg if your Dr. recommended 100? Good luck to you, I know how frustrating it can be too. We are on month 9 of ttc.

HI there, I took clomid for my first cycle and got my bfp. sadly it ended in m/c. m/c rates using clomid are SLIGHTLY higher since clomid weakens the lining of your uterous.

my side effects weren't bad either. i hope you get your bfp and don't have to worry about taking your clomid anymore!! good luck!!!
