Well where to begin...I think I am just going to update this randomly on what I am feeling and what is going on with me....

06/16/07 Michael and I were married and started TTC. I was ovulating on our honeymoon and was praying for the honeymoon miracle. Of course we didnt get so lucky!

09/13/07 Saw an OB/GYN after AF was missing for almost 90 days. Started Provera and continued on our journey.

02/15/08 Again after almost 30 days of AF missing and multiple negative pregnancy tests I saw my new OB/GYN. She immediately noted something wrong and referred me to the only RE in the state of ND, 100 miles away.

04/07/08 First visit with the RE...all bloodwork is normal...I have slightly polycystic ovaries....RE think I may not be ovulating healthy eggs on my own. Scheduled to start 50mg of Clomid and Ovidrel with monitoring as soon as AF arrives.

May cycle: Started on 50mg of Clomid on CD3-7, and had a poor response...took a second round of 100mg of Clomid on CD12-16. 2 17mm follies on my left ovary. Triggered Ovidrel on CD17....BFN!

June cycle: Started 100mg Clomid on CD3-7, again had a poor response...took a second roung of 150mg Clomid on CD12-16. had 1 24mm Follie and 1 18mm follie on left side. Was told I should almost positively get pregnant! Triggered with Ovidrel on CD17 again...BFN!
Mike also had an SA done this cycle and was basically told he was superman!!

July cycle: Started 150mg Clomid on CD3-7. Again had a poor response...RE decided to just have me wait a week and come back...sometime between CD10 and CD15 I ovulated on my own...so that was a garunteed BFN...we decided to move on to injectables...

August cycle: Basically is my medicated rest cycle. I had an HSG on CD9 and all came back clear. We attended an injectables course at the end of August...we have decided to use Follistim and Ovidrel and then perform an IUI. This is going to be our last shot at a medicated cycle for a while...financially we just need a break! Please pray it all goes well....

9/16/07: I am on CD33 today and have been spotting for two days. I am hoping that AF comes soon so I can start my Injectables and IUI...I am starting to get really nervous about this, but am really thinking it might work! Please keep us in your prayers!

09/16: AF started....to my liking for the first time ever!!!

09/18: Baseline RE appt. U/S shows all clear...blood levels are all great except LH is slightly elevated from PCOS...next appt is 09/24...YAY!!

09/24: First follie check : No mature follies, but 6 between 7-10mm. Upped the Follistim dose from 75iu to 100iu.

09/29: Second follie check: Still no mature follies upped dose again to 125iu for 3 days...going back to the RE on Thursday 10/02....

10/02: I had an excellent appointment today!! Here are all my results!
Estrogen: 951
Left Ovary: 21,20,19,18,13,12,11 mm
Right Ovary: 12,12,11,11,10 mm
Lining: 14 mm

I have will take my trigger shot at 9:30 tonight, and then I have an IUI scheduled for 8:30 Saturday morning!

10/04: Scheduled IUI..will update more later!
