Not really....We have to go to a funeral for one of DH's friends. She was 34 and died of breast cancer. She fought it for 8 years. It's so sad. Sorry to be such a downer, but I want to point out how important it is to keep doing your monthly breast exams, even if you're young.

Nothing too special for me this weekend. I think we are going on a small road trip with a friend today. I really don't want to go, but oh well. Tomorrow DH and I are working at a Football game, so that should be fun as long as the rain holds off. Sunday is a lazy day... yay!!! We need one of those!

Still cleaning up after Ike. I have MOMS Club reports to do. Church and maybe a cheap dinner out if it is in the budget.

we're going shopping today- rob took it off, and we deserve a bit of a treat, after packing/cleaning since about 7am... tomorrow I'm taking CPR for health care professionals as part of my birth assistant training, then packing more. Rob and his pals are moving our furnature tomorrow- then Rob and I are going to a birthday sushi dinner. Sunday is more packing, cleaning and other full stuff.

Tonight we may go to a birthday party for one of DH's co-workers.. When they get out at 11! We got up at 7:30-- I'm not one for more than 3 or 4 late nights a year, and one was a month ago.

I need to go jeans shopping and grocery shopping, and get fall clothes out of storage.. Other than that, I have NO idea.. Probably a lot of nothing which is both SO boring yet good.

I am picking my cousins up from the airport. They have just returned from Hawaii. I hope they got me everything on the list i gave them. No-one in my family has been to States for a while and i am really missing some of my favourite junk foods... peanut butter M&M's and Cheetos.... sugar and fat coma here i come..
