I've been visited by the ugly witch today so it's officially onto cycle 8 now -- I've been taking metformin and prenatal vitamins and have been trying to use preseed around my fertile times, and just got OPKs to use (FRER brand).. Is there anything else that you suggest I should try this time around to successfully conceive???

I think you have some good things there to help you have a better chance of getting that BFP! I can't think of anything else right now (of course it is late LOL)... I just want to wish you luck and send you some

Everything you have and other suggested sound good. The only other thing that I am trying this cycle is positive thinking and visualization. Good Luck!

I 2nd the positive thinking idea- it's such a good thing to do.

I like IC OPKs better, and they're cheaper as well. I just get better lines on those then on anything else.

There are also fertlity vitimins out there that you can take that are supposed to be good.

I've been charting off and on (it's on now) the last two months - I depended on my O symptoms - EWCM and the the next day I'd have these horrid pains that feels like trapped air and it'd last for a couple of hours and then it goes away.. since we didn't conceive successfully during the past two months without my charting - I went back to charting again.

I agree that you have a great start. Like some of the other ladies, this cycle I'm going to try the positive thinking. The only other change I am making this cycle is digital OPKs. I got some off of Ebay, this way I don't have to guess whether or not the OPK is almost positive or not.

Good luck!! I'm starting cycle 8 too!

Thank you all! I was afraid I was missing something! I will try the positive thinking - although it's hard when everyone around you is popping up pregnant - my sister found out she was pregnant with her 2nd (her son is 8 months old) - when I found out - I cried all day long. But I'm over it and am trying to accept the fact that my sister's pregnant. Baby Dust to all!
