So today I got a bfn with One Step a brand I have never used before. So my next step is to just wait for AF (sunday) or test again Monday if she doesn't show. I feel slightly releived though now that I tested, not knowing if worse for me than a bfn! But I would like to know if I am able to get pregnant!?

I've been TTC for awhile as well and I getting a BFN is always disheartening. I was also worried maybe I can't get pregnant? Last month I started BBT charting and I got the rise in temperature your supposed to get after ovulation, which means my luteal phase is more than 12 days. That means I should be able to conceive. Maybe you should try BBT charting if not already? It may give you more hope, seeing my spike in temperature always makes my day! Good luck!

Unfortunatley bbt tracking won't work for me because I am a shift worker and am up at all hours of the night. I really wish I could though.

In Toni Weschler's book Taking Charge of Your Fertility there is a section on how to chart if you work shift work. Just thought I'd pass that along.

Your time will come hun!

I think I remember hearing that too and it says that you need at least 4 hours of sleep before you take your temp. That too won't work for me. On some days I could get 6 hour and on some days I will only get 2 and then 3 and then 1. I haven't read the book but I remember someone telling me that. I may try it anyway just for kicks.
