I am 11 dpo today--I should start spotting on Monday and then get full-blown AF by that evening or Tuesday.

Normally, about 3 days before AF, my bbs get a little fuller and slightly tender. They stay that way until I start and then go back to normal. I also have a recurring breast cyst in my left bb. I've had it for over a year--it's maybe the size of a penny. It doesn't hurt or anything but it does swell up and get bigger with AF.

I've had it checked out and my GP even referred me for a breast u/s last spring. I had that done and it was confirmed to be a cyst---basically, it's a benign, fluid-filled cyst that may or may not go away. I was told I could have it aspirated if it ever became painful or too big but that otherwise, nothing was necessary.

It doesn't bother me but it does get big every time I am due for AF.

The last few days--I swear--it is practically GONE! It keeps getting smaller and smaller! DH was feeling for it and he couldn't even find it!
Also--my bbs are not full or tender AT ALL like they usually are before AF. WEIRD.

I don't know what to think. Is it just a coincidence that my cyst is disappearing? Or do you think it could be pregnancy/hormone related?

I am POSITIVE AF is due Mon because I had an u/s at the RE and he confirmed ovulation occurred on the 14th.

Be honest--am I reading too much into all this?

My SIL gets cysts in her breasts if she drinks caffeine. Have you been cutting back on caffeine or do you normally consume caffeine and haven't been lately? That could explain it.

I hope it is pregnancy hormone related! Good Luck!

DARN IT...I do drink caffeine, but the last 6 weeks, I have really cut back. I used to have 3-4 cups a day and now I have 1!

my SIL has a sebacous cyst in her breast and everytime she has gotten pregnant it has grown larger. it's been somewhat of a problem painwise in both her last two pregnancies. she was told that the increase in hormones in her body caused the cyst to grow cause pregnancy hormones usually create growth in the body. BUT all i'm going to say is, when you notice something different (reduced cyst) that is a good sign. everyone's body reacts different to different situations. good luck and i hope she doesn't show!!!!

I have no clue what it could mean, but I really hope that it's something pregnancy related! That would be great! Good luck!!!
