I was just wondering who all is taking them. I started when we started TTC because my Dr told me it was best to.

I dont personally but I do take a multivitamin, extra C, extra B (my B levels were low and it can cause infertility), folic acid and before I ovulate I take Evening of Primrose Oil.

I take the ones you can buy at the grocery store--I heard that they are good to take even when you aren't pregnant or trying. There are a bunch of older ladies I work with who are taking them.

The only things I am taking or supposed to be regularly taking is folic acid and calcium. When and if I remember too. I am supposed to be taking the calcium all the time cause of my lactose intolerance. I just hate taking the huge pills. If I could afford it I'd buy the chews.

I've taken a women's one-a-day and extra folic acid since TTC. Doc said that's ok and it's not too expensive!
