I was a single Mom for 6 years. I am in pest control and I am scared of snakes....lol

i'm 22, been married for 4 years now, i was 3 months pregnant when we got married, i'm allergic to my wedding rings and i once pulled the car over on the side of the highway because there was a spider in it...my brother in law had to come kill it. wheres a policeman when you need him.

My husband and I located his missing daughter (gone for 6 years) without the assistance of the police, missing and exploited children or a P.I even though she was in another country.

I have always wanted to travel the world and DH and I might have an opportunity to take a years sabbatical and travel the USA in a travel trailer with our daughters

I homeschool but I despise teaching upper elementry/highschool level math - in fact I stink that math so I make DH teach it

I am up at 2:54 am because there is a troll haunting the homeschool boards that I frequent and someone looked up their ISP address and discovered that in fact they post there under several different nicknames, all with a different life (one had a husband that died, another was the "friend" that was assisting her after the husband died, another had a 15 yo daughter who was pregnant etc etc) and I am so messed up and bored with my life that I have to follow the entire story

I met, was courted by and married my DH within three months.

i have been married to my DH since 20th August 2005, we are trying to concieve our FIRST child!

for my birtday My Best friend (who i have known since i was 2 years old) game me a lovely GOLD scroll necklace, and ingraved on it are the words: 'it's not just what you've done for me that makes me love you so.....
it's all the joy of who you are, the friend i've come to know'.

it's GORGEOUS!.......it made me cry a little!

and it is sooooooooo difficult not telling my family that we are trying!

I am the mother of a 12 year old boy, Riley. I got pg with him when I was 16 and he was born when I was 17. I was a single mom for 7 years. During those 7 years I finished high school and university and I even moved to Toronto for a year to work in the tv commercial industry. It was fun but I hated being alone with my little man (he was 5 years old at the time). So I moved back to Saskatchewan and have been teaching grades 7 & 8 ever since.

I used to be a groupie but I now I've married the rock star. LOL

I'm Farrah I'm 28 and Dh is 28, we had our first son 9/20/03 and our 1 year anniversary was 10/19/03.... we have been TTC #2 since Oct. 03 and we are having a extremely hard time.

In March 05 I took my son to Egypt to meet his father's family (without DH) and it was the hardest thing to do in my life and through that I learned so much about myself, my bond with my son and my love of the USA!

I love my son and my husband, they are everything to me, I want to make them both happy by giving us all another family member... man this fertility stuff stinks

i got pregnant when i was 17..dh was 16 at the time. On the 14th me and dh will have known eachother for 6 years..and been married for 2. we got married the day we met, just 4 years later. i <3 animals, i am in school to become a vet. assistant, id love to be a vet but im too lazy to go through all of that schooling

I'm 29, will be 30 in two months and dh is 27. We have been ttc a year now. I was diagnosed with PCOS in December. I desperately wanted to be pregnant by the time I turned 30!

Umm something about me? I had to take growth hormone shots to grow for 3 years. In those 3 years, I grew a foot and 3 inches. (I had only grown 3 inches from kindergarden through the 5th grade)

Let's see...
I live less than an hour from a guard tower that was built specifically to keep an eye out for a midget posse that used to terrorize these parts.
DH and I are trying to adopt my baby sister (and by baby, I mean under a year old).
I'm taking an extended leave from getting my master's and have since realized that I don't really want to go back to this program. They've been incredibly unsupportive of me and in no way support having children while part of the program.
I'm freakishly strong. So is DH. If our baby is a kicker, I better watch out.
It takes a very long time for me to put on clothes every day. I'm in a robe right now, which is more than I'm usually wearing at this point. (That's not meant to be creepy...I just tend to steer clear of "real" clothing for as long as possible.)
My holiday stuff is still up. My goal is to get it down before we did last year...April.
I love cold weather, DH abhors it. He loves hot weather, I can't stand it. We're never going to figure out a permanent place to live.

I'll shut up now.

Thank you!!! We need all the good luck we can get. That's why I was missing for such a long time over the past week and a half. My dad and his wife just had the temp custody hearing. If my dad gets her, then he'll most likely get permanent custody later. We're hoping that we can convince him after that to let us adopt her. He's almost 55 and she'll be a year in March. He doesn't take care of himself, have the money, or the time to do this. He also seems to forget that he doesn't like his own kids when they reach a certain age. Basically, we want to save her from the abuse we suffered as kids. We can't legally do anything about it until permanent custody is decided, then we're hoping for a whole lot of other things to happen and we can adopt her!!! I know, it's going to be long and difficult, but completely worth it. I made sure to tell DH, "You know, if we get her, we make the same sacrifices for her that we would make for our own...she WILL BE our own." "I know." "And if I die, you will still take care of her." "Jessica, as far as I'm concerned, she's already my responsibility and I would already do anything for her." I fall in love with him all over again often.

Sorry for the rambling, but I really can use all the hopes, thoughts, luck, prayers, vibes that we can get. It's killing us that we can't do anything about it right now.

I'm Melinda, I'm 24 DH is 27. Dh and I were high school sweethearts, been together 10 years, married for 3 1/2. We have two dogs and one cat. Been ttc #1 for 23 months. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in July. Currently we are waiting for test results from DH's u/s. We are desparate for some good news.
