After many phone calls this morning, I finally have a date for my ultrasound. My OB coded it as painful periods or "menorrhagia" and that is covered under my insurance! Thank the Lord!

Wednesday, November 5th, 2008. I have to be there at 1:30 to register with a full bladder Ultrasounds with full bladders are really hard in case you have never had one. My actual appt isn't till 2pm though. I will update you all when I get home.

My dog has a well check up and shots that morning so I will be MIA most of the day.

Good luck Christina!!! I can't wait to hear how it goes! That's awesome that they coded it and it's covered!
I can't wait until I get to have a full-bladder U/S... My bladder is so small, I'd probably end up peeing my pants! LOL

If you ever want to try it out, drink 32 oz of water, wait an hour and a half to 2 hours and then push on your stomach for at least 30 minutes. Then rush to the bathroom! LOL! This will be my third one. I had one when I was 17 cause I was having periods every 2 weeks and one when I was pregnant with AJ.

there's an exercise i don't want to try!!! i hate the full bladder ones. i had a u/s with my DD and it was a full bladder one. i spent most of the time wishing it was over so i could pee, rather than enjoying the actual u/s!!!! hope all goes well!!!! and don't say the word "WATER"...
