ok so i talked to the nurse at the clinic and she was really nice and she told me that they pinpointed the reason for the absense of af my thyroid level was off the charts!!! so now i have to find a primary care dr and get some blood work done.she said that i should keep takin progesterone.and the vitex that i was taking throw it out lol.not to take that.my levels of what they did take were FSH 7.1 and LH which was 11.6 which she said was normal so thats good its my thyroid they are concerned about so now its off to the next step.dh is gonna get me on some health insurance now lol.just me myself and I. so lets see what happens. any suggestions? or comments welcome

where can i find online charts or #'s to where i know what is normal for fsh Lh ect..?
