What vitamins did your doctor say you and your DH should take? I am mostly looking for me - I push DH to at least take his mens multivitamin and some Vitamin C but not sure he would take much more. Anyone know if I should take anything extra since I have PCOS?

TIA!

my OB has me on a prescribed prenatal vitamin, but Walgreens sells prenatals too. I am also on Folic Acid above and beyond the pre-natal. I take Calrate for calcium and an extra C vitamin. I know what you mean, my hubby won't take too much extra either!!! i'm lucky to get him to take his multivitamin!! G/L

Yeah, mine wanted to put me on a prescribed one too but my insurance wouldn't cover it. I have some from Sams Club (almost a years worth! LOL) I was taking extra folic acid, but then stopped cause I was afraid I was taking too much. Anyone know how much is too much folic acid?

Sorry it took me so long to see this hun!!

Anyways for me I am on:
Folic Acid (Prnatal or Prenatal + Folic Acid)
Flinstones Vitamin (yeah crazy but it has worked I guess)
baby asprin
and Vitamin C

For DH:
Selenium
Flinstones Vitamin
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Maca Root

*Those are exactly what we were told to be on...DH has stopped taking his Maca Root (he hates it) since he had a good count, but everything else we still use. We noticed an amazing difference when he started taking the Selenium and Flinstones Vitamins....his count jumped about 45MIL and everything else got better also.

I hope this helps! If you want to know anymore info let me know!!!
