My DR told me to take robitussin and to try and get the pills so I wouldn't have robitussin breath all day but the Pharmacist said they didn't have any robitussin pills and I could take musinex instead. Will that be ok???

I have heard of other people taking th Mucinex pills for CM just make sure you drink plenty of water.

yes mucinex is just fine. what you have to make sure is that it contains ONLY guaifenesin. I believe that is the active ingredient in mucinex. G/L

I've heard that Mucinex is totally ok... but like Lynda said... be sure that there's nothing other than the Guaf-a-how ever you spell it LOL... I hope it helps!!! Good luck!
