I went to bed last night with my chest sore(nipples) tmi sorry.and i woke up this morning and omg they are soooo tender i cant touch them.now my thing is this is soooo frustrating for me b/c i am hearing alot about how only nipples get sore with pg.and then i hear yeah that means af is on the way. any suggestions or advice? i know i ask too many questions

I want to shove my entire chest in the freezer when AF comes! There are some nights I can't even sleep on my stomach...but I am getting a different, burning ache right now...hopefully for both of us it isn't the old witch!

Well, I can give you some advice.

All women are different when it comes to AF symtoms. With me, the breast get tender but they dont exactly hurt. I knew I was pregnant when my boobs were EXTREMELY hurting.

When your boobs hurt so much that you cant even take your bra off, I would considere that a pg sign. And when I say hurt, I mean HURT.

With me, I didn't exactly notice sore nipples but the pain in the entire breast was unbearable. And to touch them hurt. And for some reason, they felt alot more firm then soft.

I have learned to not trust my "symptoms" as signs of pg. Some women DO say they had "tender" boobies and sore nipples before they got their BFP, but I've experienced this also and turned out to not be pg. In my opinion, the only fool proof "symptoms" you're pregnant are: a BFP (LOL), temps that increase around 9 dpo and/or 18 high temps in a row. Some pg women do not get the triphasic temperature rise so 18 high temps can mean pg.

I HOPE that your symptoms are a sign of pg, but I'm also advising to not stress yourself out over symptoms that are also those of PMS.

its not a pg at all.i know that for a fact.so i am just waiting it out for af to show her face!! and i will throw a party when she does come

Hehe...well, I hope that you and AF have a good going away party for her...make sure she has so much fun that she doesn't want to visit for another 9 months!
