are you supersticous? my grandfather was super supersticious. he wouldn't sleep on the 14th floor of a hotel, cause it was really the 13th. he wouldn't sit down to a table with 13 people at it. he wouldn't walk under a ladder and loads more...

i always here ladies on here saying that they don't want to buy any maternity clothes or baby stuff cause the don't want to jinx themselves... i think that's supersticious... i caught myself throwing salt over my shoulder the other day after the shaker fell over. how crazy is that???

I guess I am a little. I won't do something cause I don't want to jinx myself sometimes. I don't throw salt over my shoulder cause either the dog will lick it up or I will just have to sweep it up. LOL

I'm not terribly supersitious. I do find that I will "knock on wood" a lot. Working with a Hockey team means that I have to be superstitous at work. Those guys are terrible about it! I have to list the player comp tickets in a certain order, I have to make sure that their lists go on top of the opponents... it drives me nuts, but at least it's routine (that is until they lose and then like to change things up on me!)

I always throw spilled salt over my shoulder (just to be safe). I try to avoid negative thoughts mostly.

Although last year I got a 4 leaf clover tattoo so I would always be lucky.

I avoid buying anything baby-related. I also "knock on wood" all the time too!!
