getting a sinus infection/cold in the beginning stages of pregnancy. I got REALLY sick last night and an extreme soar throat and nasal congestion...still have it today...and no AF. I would think it's just your normal cold, but three people have made a comment about being sick and being pregnant...just wonder-always looking for some excuse to think I'll get that BFP!

I'm not sure of there being a relationship between pg and sickness other than m/s. However, a friend of mine had a terrible sinus infection/ear infections when she was pg with her son and it was so bad they finally put her on a small dose of antibiotics!!!

With one of my past pregnancies I had a bladder infection when I was first pregnant. My doctor said that was common.

Not sure about sinus ones though. But I have heard of sinus stuffiness early on.

Sinus infections are totally common in early pregnancy b/c of the boost in estrogen. Thats what my doctor told me. I had a chemical pregnancy and lost the baby at 4wks but still ended up getting a sinus infection.

Wishing you lots of
