Injects?!?!

I have not been posting much..well not at all LOL. I have been super busy the month of Dec and took a couple weeks off from Hosting as well to keep up with family life.

Well looks like January is here and I call Dr Monday about injects and IUI as he had planned but I am hopeing he may do clomid and IUI as I am a bit needel phobic.

I am cd 9 and took a break from Clomid this cycle as it really messed up my CF last cycle and have 3 refills left unless I start injects. I will do injects if it is what they think will work but pretty scared about it.

Dec 14th my 1 year anniv for ttcing this time around with 2 losses.

Hey!! Good to see back!!

Anyways, I have done both Clomid and Injects! I honestly preferred the injects! I am 100% needle-phobic (cant remember what they call it). But after the first shot I was able to do all the injections by myself with out a problem, and they dont hurt at all!! I did Follistim and if you have the choice of what inject. medicine I would choose that anyday!! It worked wonders for me!! I used the Follistim Pen for the injections which was so easy! The needle is SO SMALL...I couldnt even feel it go in (I did the shots in the abdomen). The only time I felt anything is when they upped my meds to a higher dose, and then the only thing I felt was a tiny bit of burning from the medicine and that was just because I injected it too fast! I hope that whatever you choose it is all you need!! If you have any more questions about any of it dont be afraid to PM me!! I love to share my experience!

Good luck - I think a lot of women are scared of needles but after they do the first couple, it's no big deal. Keep us posted!

Thanks so much for all your positive feedback about the injects!

I am Calling Dr tomorrow to book first consult about what is next and how soon it will take to set it up.

I will take you up on that offer Hopeingfor1soon if we end up doing them! I am a HUGE wimp! LOL

I called Dr and he refered me back to Re so she has me booked for weds Jan 7th.

I am hopeing to have a everything set up before next af shows. I am cd 11 now.
