Potty Mitts??? My SIL found this online when she was looking for a portable potty seat for my nephew and she had to email me the picture... apparently it's for little bums who need to hold on for balance when using a bigger potty! They keep the kiddo's hands free of germs and are disposable and compact for purses or diaper bags, but not flushable...

thumbs down, something else for the child to "play" with. they will probably end up IN the toilet. I bought a smaller potty seat that just fits over the big adult seat and she gets up there and sits just fine on her own. it's great and i recommend it. i got mine at a rummage sale, so not sure where you buy them.

I say Thumbs down too. It seems like just another item to waste money on in my opinion. I did laugh when my SIL showed me the ad though...

Thumbs down. People are so germ-phobic that we aren't immune to anything anymore!

Exactly!!! Sometimes I think people will bleed Purell sanitizing gel. I know there are definitely times you need it, but we can't live in a bubble!

Thumbs down. I will have a folding seat cover for public places and I have a small potty and a potty insert like Lynda mentioned (got mine from freecycle) and mine had handles on the sides.

Thumbs down. I can't imagine using them every time the kid has to go to the bathroom! And I'm sure they'd get into the toilet at some point. They just need a good lesson on hand washing!
