on another note..i didnt get a chance to temp this morning..i am sick and was up all night throwing up..what should i do?
and no i dont think this is preg related..its been running through my house this past week.

I think if you miss one day it is OK (your O has already been confirmed). Just start back up again tomorrow. Are you running a fever though? If so you should note it on your chart.
